Having a fabulous complexion reflects visible, outward health and, just as importantly, what’s happening inside your body as well. Think of the last time you did not look good, at all. Stress? No exercise? An awful diet? Not taking the time to take your makeup off at night? They all matter.

We need to take care of ourselves, from the inside out. Taking time for self-care isn’t just skin-deep, it gives your whole being a boost. Even if you can’t fit a facial into your busy schedule, it’s still important to feel and look like you’ve had one.
